Return and Refund Policy

We pride ourselves in offering some of the unique jewelry you can find and ultimately want you to love your purchase. Sometimes, things just don’t work out as planned and we understand. Therefore, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have within 30 days from order date to request a return. Returns must be post marked within 30 days of original order date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@embroidtale.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a notification and a return label via email. If you're in the US, You don't need to pay for the shipping costs - we got you covered! If you are located in Canada, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and notify you if they are in good condition for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Since each design has only one piece available, you will need to exchange it for a different item. Please contact us via email at sales@embroidtale.com to initiate the exchange process.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund will be approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Note that for orders shipped to Canada, the shipping fee is non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
